About Me

I'm an IT contractor with over 32 years of experience, from big government like the European Commission, Leicester City Hall, Fintech, Health industry and Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and startups

I have been writing code since I was 13 and we used FORTRAN. That was in Communist Romania in 1988.

Working in IT since I was 18, I've been learning as I went. I'm an agnostic Developer and Architect who believes in delivering the best results on time and within budget.

I have a Masters' in Computers Science, one Masters in Information technology and a PhD in Information technology from the University of Leicester which I completed in 2018.
